Meet the tiniest Shliach to Peterburg, in the former USSR: Nosson Leib Bruk, who entered the Bris of Avrohom Ovinu yesterday in Kfar Chabad.  Nosson Leib was named for his elter zeideh, R' Nosson Leib Ginzburg.
