The Tmimim of Yeshiva Beis Menachem of Western Monmouth County NJ, were tested this past week in preparation for their Smicha. The test, their second, was given by Rabbi Mordechai S. Ashkenazi, chief Rabbi of Kfar Chabad who flew in from Israel especially for the occasion. “The Bochurim knew the material well”, Rabbi Ashkenazi said, “they learned hard and the effort paid off” added Rabbi Levi Y. Schapiro, Rosh Yeshiva.
