This morning, Aviah Laskin, 12, was taking her baby brother to his day care center in his carriage, when they were hit by a car. The accident happened in Kiryat Malachi, where Aviah is a student in the Chabad school.  The driver got out of her car, apologized, and drove off. The children were taken to Beis refuah Kaplan for treatment.

B"H the little boy was unharmed, and his sister remains in the Beis Refuah in fair condition.

During the day the driver turned herself in to the police.
