Rabbi & Mrs. Avremy and Chaya (nee Benjaminson) Raskin and their daughter Esther of Crown Heights, will IYH be moving on Shlichus to Brattleboro, Vermont, where they will establish Chabad of Southern Vermont.

The new Shluchim were appointed Rabbi Yitzchok Raskin, Head Shliach to Vermont.
