Fellow Shluchim, Anash, family members from abroad and the local Jewish kehilla came out to celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of HaTomim Menachem Mendel Weber, son of Shluchim Rabbi Moshe and Chana Weber of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Rabbi Weber directs the Bais Chana Institute for Girls. Zeide Rabbi Rosenfeld was honored with the reading of the Rebbe's holy brocho, and Zeide Rabbi Weber explained the importance and history of Bar Mitzvah. Head Shliach Rabbi Shmuel Kamienetzki praised mendy, brought up in Shlichus, a role model of a Tomim and Shliach. He noted that the Webers are celebrating the Bar Mitzvah (13 years) since coming on Shlichus.

Rabbi Weber presented Mendy with a dollar from the Rebbe, and a very emotional video clip of Hanochas Tfillin in 770 and the Ohel was shown. After the greetings, brochos, addresses and speeches, came the high point of the simcha- Menachem Mendel chazzered the Maamar, with an interactive 3-D PowerPoint presentation explaining the concepts for the uninitiated.

At the conclusion of the simcha, all the guests were requested to make a hachloto tova in honor of the Baal Hasimcha.
