The Beis Menachem - Chabad Lubavitch Shul in Moscow has released the annual Complete Pesach Guide, with all the halochos and minhogim of Chodesh Nissan and Pesach in abridged form.  The kuntres was compiled and edited by Shliach Rabbi Levi Yitzchok Mondshine of Smolensk, Russia, secretary of the Chief Rabbinate in Russia.

The guide was released in Russian and Loshon Kodesh, with a special section for Shluchim who are hosting communal s'dorim in areas where tzeis hakochovim is very late, meaning a smaller crowd and fewer Yidden being mekayem the mitzvos of the night.
