Ofen and Alfasi Securing Idf at Front
Shturem

Menachen Ofen isn't afraid. He is no newcomer to terror.  He has looked death in the eye in the past.  A miracle survivor of a terrorist attack, Menachem dedicates his all to the IDF soldiers wherever they may find themselves, with great selflessness.  When he heard the news about the "Oferet Yetzuka"  IDF action, he knew where he should be- right  up front with the  security forces.  He know his duties as a soldier of the Rebbe; to encourage the soldiers, raise their morale, and offer them spiritual protection.

Meir Alfasi, our Shturem photographer, joined Menachem to document this mivtza, that is going on for days and nights with no let up, going from base to base and from position to position, coming very close to Chamastown that is aflame.  They also visited the Rafiach Pass, spoke with soldiers from various units, gave them care packages and put t'fillin on them.

To take part in these timely mivtzoim in any way, please call: 054-7612468

Kol Hakavod Lachem!! What an amazing thing you are doing for our soldiers in their time of need; bolstering their spirits with light and warmth (and Bamba) as only Chassidim can! May Hashem guard you in all of your endeavors and continue to guard and protect every soldier, who so selflessly fight for our country, for our people! We Want Moshiach Now!

What wonderful photographs!! THIS is what Chabad is all about, getting involved in Israel in their time of need. It would be a miracle if thousands of your bocherim in America could come over NOW. . Kol Hakoved to this Rabbi and photographer.
