You write about your work with Bnos Chabad. Surely you are giving serious thought as to how to improve the areas of which you write in which the situation is not as it should be, especially as it seems from your letter that the problems stem from a lack in vitality [and chassidishe warmth]... Since the girls in general, and the girls coming from another country in particular [are in need of special care and attention] – particularly during these transitional years when they are more susceptible to suffering a crisis, chas ve’shalom – all efforts to improve their standing are worthwhile, and the merit of any such efforts is too great to describe.
